The HTC Touch Diamond2 counts with Windows Mobile Professional 6.1 operating system, while Fly Horizon 1 IQ239 comes with Android operating system. Despite being the best phone we are comparing, HTC Touch Diamond2's construction is somewhat heavier and somewhat thicker than the Fly Horizon 1 IQ239.
