The HTC Desire HD has a global score of 51.9, which is a bit better than GIGABYTE GSmart Maya M1 v2's score of 47.3. The HTC Desire HD body is somewhat heavier and somewhat thicker than GIGABYTE GSmart Maya M1 v2. Both devices in our current comparison work with Android OS (Operating System), but the HTC Desire HD has the older 2.3.5 version while GIGABYTE GSmart Maya M1 v2 has Android 4.2 version.

The GIGABYTE GSmart Maya M1 v2 has a much better looking display than HTC Desire HD, because it has a bit bigger screen, a little bit higher resolution of 960 x 540 and a bit greater screen density. The HTC Desire HD has a much greater memory capacity for apps and games than GIGABYTE GSmart Maya M1 v2, although it has no external SD slot.

The GIGABYTE GSmart Maya M1 v2 features a little faster processing unit than HTC Desire HD, because it has a higher amount of RAM memory, 3 more CPU cores and a much better graphics processing unit. The GIGABYTE GSmart Maya M1 v2 captures a bit better photos and videos than HTC Desire HD. Both have a same resolution camera in the back.

The GIGABYTE GSmart Maya M1 v2 features a much longer battery duration than HTC Desire HD, because it has 1700mAh of battery capacity instead of 1230mAh.

In addition to being the best phone in our current comparison, HTC Desire HD is also very cheap compared to the other devices, which makes this phone a great choice.
