The Galaxy Note 3 has an overall score of 80.7, which is way better than GIGABYTE GSmart Sierra S1's global score of 49.3. Both devices in this comparison review have Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy Note 3 has newer 5.0 version while GIGABYTE GSmart Sierra S1 has Android 4.2 version, giving you a couple additional features.
