The Samsung Galaxy Round is a a little bit heavier but thinner device than Google Nexus 4.
The Galaxy Round has a bit better processing power than Google Nexus 4, and although they both have a Quad-Core processor, the Galaxy Round also has a larger amount of RAM and a much better GPU. Galaxy Round features a little more vivid screen than Google Nexus 4, because it has a bigger screen, a little bit greater pixel number per screen inch and a lot higher resolution of 1920 x 1080px.
Google Nexus 4 takes a little bit better photos and videos than Galaxy Round, although it has a much lower 8 mega-pixels resolution camera.
