Samsung Galaxy Round Review

Samsung Galaxy Round is an absolutely great Android cellphone, including an extremely fast 2.3 gigahertz Quad-Core processor, a big size 5.7" screen, and two cameras, a 13 megapixels back camera and a 2 mega-pixels front side camera. Let's take a deeper look at what this device offers to us.

Samsung decided to equip this phone with a very powerful 2.3 gigahertz Quad-Core processing unit, included in the Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 system chip and a huge 3 GB RAM memory. Graphic intensive tasks generally eats lots of processing power, so this cellphone also also has an Adreno 330 GPU ticking at 450 MHz to help with that calculations. This phone has a huge 32 GB internal storage and an external memory card slot, which allows the user to install hundreds of apps and even the largest games currently available without even thinking about filling the phone.

This cellphone has an amazing design, with a thickness of just 0.31 inches. While this phone is just 5.95" long and 3.13" wide, it still manages to pack a 5.7 inches display. Samsung made a very nice job making this device as lightweight as 5.43 oz. This phone is only available in color brown.

Samsung packed the Round with a high-tech 5.7-inches screen, and a 1920 x 1080 (Full HD) resolution, which makes everything look vivid and colorful. Its screen uses Super AMOLED capacitive technology, and can detect multi touch gestures.

The Round is equipped with two cameras, a 13 megapixels back-facing camera and a 2 megapixels front facing camera. This cellphone also includes some useful characteristics: flash, HDR mode and auto-focus.

The Samsung Galaxy Round has an incredible 2800 mAh removable battery, enough to provide this cellphone with a marvelous battery duration. This phone has a reported stand by time of 370 hours and a talk time of 16 hours.

This cellphone provides WiFi capability (but it can't provide it to other devices around, acting as a modem), 4G LTE fast connection type and fast 3G data connection, over HSPA, HSUPA and EDGE technologies. This cellphone doesn't have a sim card, because it doesn't work with GSM connections.

The Round also comes with a couple of useful characteristics as NFC (to trigger actions, transfer data or make payments by holding your phone close to another NFC device or tag), Bluetooth (4.0) and GPS Localization, and plenty of sensors like Light Sensor, Proximity Sensor, Accelerometer and Compass.

Samsung is offering the Round for about 95 dollars, which is similar to other same level phones. This phone is a great choice for you if you want it for playing games, will use this phone mostly for internet broswing and social networks, you love taking photographs or want a work cellphone.
