The HTC U Ultra is slightly better than the Google Nexus 5, with a general score of 77 against 76. The HTC U Ultra is a notably newer and a little bit thinner device than the Google Nexus 5, although it's also incredibly heavier. The Google Nexus 5 counts with a bit more powerful processing unit than HTC U Ultra, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM, and they both have the same number of cores, the Google Nexus 5 also counts with an extra graphics processor.

If you prefer to save some dollars, you can buy the Google Nexus 5, letting go a few features and specifications, but you will get the most with your budget.
