Both phones in our current comparison use Android OS (Operating System), but Galaxy M20 has older 10 version and Google Nexus 5 has Android 4.4.3 version. Even though Galaxy M20 is way newer than Google Nexus 5, it is a little thicker and incredibly heavier.
