Galaxy S6 Edge is better than the Google Nexus 5, getting a global score of 85.7 against 76. Although Galaxy S6 Edge is just a little heavier than the Google Nexus 5, it's thinner and also newer. These phones work with Android OS, but Galaxy S6 Edge has newer 5.0 version and Google Nexus 5 has Android 4.4.3 version.
The Galaxy S6 Edge counts with a little sharper display than Google Nexus 5, because it has a higher pixel density, a higher 2560 x 1440 resolution and a little bit bigger display. Galaxy S6 Edge features just a bit better processing power than Google Nexus 5, because it has a 64 bits processing unit, 4 more cores (but slower), a better graphics processor running at 650 MHz and more RAM memory.
