Samsung Galaxy S7 edge is a little bit better than Google Nexus 5, having a 78.1 score against 76. Both devices we are comparing here work with Android OS, but Samsung Galaxy S7 edge has a more recent 8.0 Oreo version while Google Nexus 5 has Android 4.4.3 version. The Samsung Galaxy S7 edge is a a lot newer and thinner phone than Google Nexus 5, but it's also somewhat heavier.

Google Nexus 5 counts with just a bit better looking display than Samsung Galaxy S7 edge, although it has a bit less pixels per screen inch, a lot worse 1920 x 1080 resolution and a quite smaller display.
