Comparison review
The Galaxy A8 Star is a bit better than the Google Nexus 6, having a overall score of 82.1 against 81.1. Both of these phones work with Android operating system, but the Galaxy A8 Star has the newer 9.0 Pie version while Google Nexus 6 has Android 5.1 version. Although the Galaxy A8 Star is a little heavier than the Google Nexus 6, it's extremely thinner and much newer.
Google Nexus 6 counts with a sharper screen than Samsung Galaxy A8 Star, because although it has a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a bit higher screen pixels density and a higher resolution of 2560 x 1440px. The Google Nexus 6 has a bit faster CPU than Galaxy A8 Star, because although it has 3 GB lesser RAM and 4 less cpu cores , it also counts with an extra graphics processing unit.
The Galaxy A8 Star shoots slightly better videos and photos than Google Nexus 6, and although they both have the same 30 fps video frame rates and the same 3840x2160 video quality, the Galaxy A8 Star also has a larger camera aperture to take better low-light photos and a better 16 mega-pixels resolution camera.
Samsung Galaxy A8 Star features a very superior storage capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Google Nexus 6, and although they both have the same 64 GB internal memory capacity, the Samsung Galaxy A8 Star also has an external SD slot that allows a maximum of 400 GB. The Samsung Galaxy A8 Star features a little better battery duration than Google Nexus 6, because it has a 15% more battery size.
