Comparison review
Google Nexus 6 has a general score of 81.1, which is a little bit better than Sony Xperia XZ1's general score of 78.3. Although it's the best cellphone in this comparison review, the Google Nexus 6 construction is incredibly older, heavier and a lot thicker than the Sony Xperia XZ1. Google Nexus 6 features just a bit better performance than Xperia XZ1, because although it has less RAM and an inferior number of cores , it also counts with an additional GPU.
The Google Nexus 6 features just a bit better screen than Xperia XZ1, because it has a larger screen, a little more pixels per inch of screen and a better resolution of 2560 x 1440. Xperia XZ1 has a much better camera than Google Nexus 6, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution, the same video frame rate and a same size camera aperture, the Xperia XZ1 also has a lot higher resolution back-facing camera.
The Xperia XZ1 has much more memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Google Nexus 6, and although they both have equal 64 GB internal memory, the Xperia XZ1 also has a SD extension slot that supports a maximum of 1,95 TB. Google Nexus 6 features improved battery life than Xperia XZ1, because it has a 3220mAh battery size.
Although Google Nexus 6 is a better device, it is way more expensive than Sony Xperia XZ1, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Sony Xperia XZ1. So if you need that extra specs, you can buy Google Nexus 6, else you can save a couple dollars and buy the Sony Xperia XZ1, letting go a couple features and specifications.
