Samsung Galaxy S25 is just a bit better than the Google Nexus 6P, with a score of 82.6 against 80.3. Samsung Galaxy S25's design is extremely lighter and much thinner than Google Nexus 6P. The Galaxy S25 has a little longer battery duration than Google Nexus 6P, because it has a 16% more battery size. The Samsung Galaxy S25 features a lot better camera than Google Nexus 6P, because it has a lot bigger back-facing camera sensor capturing more light and vivid colors, a larger diafragm aperture, a way more MP back camera and a way higher 7680x4320 video quality.
Although Samsung Galaxy S25 is a better device, it costs more than Google Nexus 6P, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Google Nexus 6P. So if you want that extra specs and features, you can buy the Samsung Galaxy S25, but if you don't you can save some money and get the Google Nexus 6P, giving up some features and specifications.
