The Google Pixel 2 XL is just a bit better than Asus ZenFone AR, getting an 82.5 score against 77.4. Even though Google Pixel 2 XL and Asus ZenFone AR were only released with a couple months difference, the Google Pixel 2 XL construction is thinner but just a bit heavier. The Google Pixel 2 XL has a bit better CPU than Asus ZenFone AR, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM memory, it also counts with more processing cores.
The Google Pixel 2 XL counts with a slightly better screen than Asus ZenFone AR, because it has a quite bigger screen, a bit higher 1440 x 2880 resolution and a little bit higher count of pixels per screen inch. Asus ZenFone AR features a way bigger memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Google Pixel 2 XL, and although they both have the same internal storage, the Asus ZenFone AR also has a SD extension slot that allows up to 1,95 TB.
The Asus ZenFone AR features a little bit better camera than Google Pixel 2 XL, because although it has lower 24 frames per second video frame rates and a tinier diafragm aperture, and they both have the same 3840x2160 video definition and a same size sensor, the Asus ZenFone AR also counts with a lot better 23 mega-pixels resolution camera.
The Google Pixel 2 XL features just a bit better battery duration than Asus ZenFone AR, because it has a 3520mAh battery capacity against 3300mAh.
