Comparison review
The Xiaomi Pocophone F1 has a score of 85.5, which is just a bit better than Google Pixel 2 XL's global score of 82.5. Even though the Xiaomi Pocophone F1 is newer than the Google Pixel 2 XL, it is somewhat thicker and a little bit heavier. The Xiaomi Pocophone F1 counts with a little better hardware performance than Google Pixel 2 XL, and although they both have 8 cpu cores, the Xiaomi Pocophone F1 also has a greater amount of RAM memory.
The Google Pixel 2 XL has a bit more vivid screen than Xiaomi Pocophone F1, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with a better pixel density and a higher 1440 x 2880 resolution. The Xiaomi Pocophone F1 shoots a little bit better photos and videos than Google Pixel 2 XL, because although it has a back-facing camera with a lower 12 MP resolution, a worse 3840x2160 (4K) video quality and a smaller aperture, it also counts with a larger back-facing camera sensor providing a better image quality.
The Xiaomi Pocophone F1 has a lot bigger storage capacity to store more apps and games than Google Pixel 2 XL, because it has 256 GB internal storage and a SD card slot that supports up to 256 GB. The Xiaomi Pocophone F1 counts with just a little better battery lifetime than Google Pixel 2 XL, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity.
Although Xiaomi Pocophone F1 is a better device, it costs a lot more than Google Pixel 2 XL, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Google Pixel 2 XL. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy Xiaomi Pocophone F1, otherwise you can save some money and buy the Google Pixel 2 XL, giving up some features and specifications.
