Comparison review
The iPhone 7 has a score of 81.6, which is a little bit better than Google Pixel 2's overall score of 81.6. The iPhone 7 body is a bit thinner and a bit lighter than Google Pixel 2, even though it was released just a little more than a year before. The Google Pixel 2 has a slightly better screen than iPhone 7, because it has a little bit larger screen, a much higher resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels and a better pixels quantity in each screen inch.
The iPhone 7 has a way bigger storage capacity to install games and applications than Google Pixel 2, because it has more internal storage capacity. Google Pixel 2 counts with a bit faster CPU than iPhone 7, because it has a greater number of cores and a larger amount of RAM. The Google Pixel 2 has a very superior battery performance than iPhone 7, because it has 2700mAh of battery capacity instead of 1960mAh.
The Google Pixel 2 takes a little bit better videos and photos than iPhone 7, and although they both have a F1.8 aperture, the same 30 fps video frame rates and the same (4K) video definition, the Google Pixel 2 also has a higher resolution back-facing camera and a bigger sensor capturing better quality videos and pictures.
Although Apple iPhone 7 is a better device, it is way more expensive than Google Pixel 2, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Google Pixel 2. So if you need that extra specs and features, you can buy the Apple iPhone 7, else you can save some money and buy the Google Pixel 2, resigning a couple features and specifications.
