Comparison review
Google Pixel 4a has a score of 82.9, which is slightly better than Google Pixel 2's 81.6 general score. The Google Pixel 4a design weights the same than Google Pixel 2, but it's a little thicker. Google Pixel 4a counts with a processor that is very similar to the Google Pixel 2 one, and although the Google Pixel 4a has 2 GB more RAM memory, they both have the same number of cores.
Google Pixel 4a counts with a screen that's just as good as Google Pixel 2's screen, although the Google Pixel 4a also has a bigger display, a just a bit greater pixels density and a quite better 1080 x 2340 resolution. Google Pixel 2 and Google Pixel 4a have quite similar storage for applications, games, photos and videos, both of them have the same 128 GB internal storage capacity.
The Google Pixel 4a has better battery performance than Google Pixel 2, because it has 3140mAh of battery capacity against 2700mAh. Google Pixel 4a has a camera that is just as good as Google Pixel 2's camera, and although the Google Pixel 4a has a bigger camera sensor capturing more light and vivid colors and a bigger aperture to capture better photography and videos in low light situations, they both have the same video definition, the same resolution back-facing camera and the same video frame rates.
Although Google Pixel 4a is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Google Pixel 2, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Google Pixel 2. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy the Google Pixel 4a, otherwise you can save a couple dollars and buy the Google Pixel 2, letting go a couple specs and features.
