Comparison review
The Google Pixel 2 is just a bit better than the Huawei P40 Lite, having a overall score of 81.6 against 79.5. The Google Pixel 2 body is just a little thinner and notably lighter than the Huawei P40 Lite, even though it was released 2 years before. The Google Pixel 2 counts with a slightly better looking display than Huawei P40 Lite, because although it has a little bit worse resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels and a really smaller screen, it also counts with a little bit better screen pixel density.
Huawei P40 Lite has as much memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos as the Google Pixel 2 one, they have exactly the same 128 GB internal memory capacity. Huawei P40 Lite features a CPU that is very similar to the Google Pixel 2 one, and although the Huawei P40 Lite has a larger amount of RAM memory, they both have 8 cpu cores.
The Huawei P40 Lite features a superior battery duration than Google Pixel 2, because it has a 4200mAh battery capacity instead of 2700mAh. Huawei P40 Lite takes better photos and videos than Google Pixel 2, and although they both have the same video frame rate, a same size camera aperture and the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video quality, the Huawei P40 Lite also has a way bigger sensor shooting way higher quality photographs and videos and a back facing camera with a lot better resolution.
Despite of being the best phone of the ones we compare here, the Google Pixel 2 is also a bargain compared to the other ones, making it an easy decision.
