Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 is much better than Google Pixel 2, having a 94.6 score against 81.6. Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2's design is incredibly newer and somewhat thinner than Google Pixel 2's, but it is notably heavier. The Google Pixel 2 has a bit sharper screen than Galaxy Z Fold 2, because although it has a lot smaller screen and a much lower resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels, it also counts with a just a bit higher display density.
Galaxy Z Fold 2 features a way bigger memory to install games and applications than Google Pixel 2, because it has 256 GB internal storage. The Galaxy Z Fold 2 counts with a little better performance than Google Pixel 2, and although they both have 8 processing cores, the Galaxy Z Fold 2 also has 8 GB more RAM memory.
Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 takes a little bit better photographs and videos than Google Pixel 2, because although it has a lower (4K) video quality and a less mega-pixels back-facing camera, and they both have a F1.8 aperture, the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 also counts with a lot bigger back-facing camera sensor shooting lot better quality videos and pictures.
The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 counts with a very superior battery performance than Google Pixel 2, because it has 4500mAh of battery capacity.
Although Galaxy Z Fold 2 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Google Pixel 2, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Google Pixel 2. So if you need that extra specs, you can buy the Galaxy Z Fold 2, otherwise you can save some money and buy the Google Pixel 2, resigning some specifications.
