Comparison review
The Google Pixel 2 has a general score of 81.6, which is just a bit better than Sony Xperia Z5's overall score of 77.6. Even though Google Pixel 2 is a little thicker than Sony Xperia Z5, it's a little lighter and much newer. Xperia Z5 features a little faster processing unit than Google Pixel 2, because although it has a lower amount of RAM, and they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Xperia Z5 also counts with an additional GPU.
The Xperia Z5 has a little sharper display than Google Pixel 2, because although it has a quite lower count of pixels per inch of display, and they both have the same 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution, the Xperia Z5 also counts with a little bigger display. The Xperia Z5 shoots a little bit better photographs and videos than Google Pixel 2, and although they both have the same 30 frames per second video frame rates, a same size aperture and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality, the Xperia Z5 also has a much more megapixels back-facing camera and a bigger back camera sensor.
Google Pixel 2 has a greater storage for applications, games, photos and videos than Sony Xperia Z5, because although it has no SD memory slot, it also counts with 96 GB more internal storage capacity. Xperia Z5 counts with a bit superior battery life than Google Pixel 2, because it has a 2900mAh battery size instead of 2700mAh.
In addition to being the best phone between the ones we are comparing here, Google Pixel 2 is also by far the cheapest one, which makes this phone a no doubt choice.
