Comparison review
The Xiaomi Pocophone F1 has an overall score of 85.5, which is just a bit better than Google Pixel 3 XL's 80.7 score. The Xiaomi Pocophone F1 body is a little bit lighter but somewhat thicker than the Google Pixel 3 XL, and both of them were only released with a couple of months difference. Xiaomi Pocophone F1 has a bit more powerful CPU than Google Pixel 3 XL, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Xiaomi Pocophone F1 also has a greater amount of RAM memory.
The Google Pixel 3 XL counts with a slightly better screen than Xiaomi Pocophone F1, because it has a better 1440 x 2960 resolution, a quite larger screen and a better pixels amount per inch of display. Xiaomi Pocophone F1 shoots clearer photographs and videos than Google Pixel 3 XL, although it has a smaller aperture which is not favorable for low light captures, a worse (4K) video resolution and a back camera with a worse 12 mega-pixels resolution, they both have the same sensor size.
Xiaomi Pocophone F1 features a very superior memory for games and applications than Google Pixel 3 XL, because it has an external memory slot that holds a maximum of 256 GB and 256 GB internal storage capacity. Xiaomi Pocophone F1 has a bit longer battery lifetime than Google Pixel 3 XL, because it has a 4000mAh battery size instead of 3430mAh.
Although Xiaomi Pocophone F1 is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Google Pixel 3 XL, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Google Pixel 3 XL. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy the Xiaomi Pocophone F1, otherwise you can save some money and get the Google Pixel 3 XL, giving up a couple specs and features.
