Comparison review
Google Pixel 3a XL is slightly better than the Huawei P20, with a 78.9 score against 78.1. Although the Google Pixel 3a XL is newer than Huawei P20, it is just a little bit heavier and just a little thicker. Both devices in this comparison review have Android OS (Operating System), but the Google Pixel 3a XL has the older 11 version while Huawei P20 has Android 9.0 Pie version.
The Huawei P20 counts with a bit more vivid display than Google Pixel 3a XL, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a bit greater pixel density and a quite better 1080 x 2244 resolution. Huawei P20 features a way bigger memory capacity to store more apps and games than Google Pixel 3a XL, because it has 64 GB more internal memory capacity.
The Huawei P20 has a little better hardware performance than Google Pixel 3a XL. Both have the same RAM memory amount and the same number of cores. Google Pixel 3a XL counts with just a bit better battery duration than Huawei P20, because it has 3700mAh of battery capacity against 3400mAh. The Huawei P20 has a little bit better camera than Google Pixel 3a XL, because although it has a lower (4K) video quality and a back-facing camera with a worse 12 mega pixels resolution, and they both have the same camera aperture, the Huawei P20 also counts with a bigger sensor taking more light and vivid colors.
Even being the best phone of the ones we are comparing, Google Pixel 3a XL is also by far the cheapest one, making this phone a no doubt choice.
