Comparison review
The Google Pixel 3a XL is a bit better than OnePlus 8, with a 78.9 score against 76. Google Pixel 3a XL is an older and just a little bit thicker phone than OnePlus 8, but Google managed to make it just a little bit lighter anyway. The OnePlus 8 features a more vivid screen than Google Pixel 3a XL, because it has a just a bit higher pixel density, a little bit bigger screen and a slightly higher 1080 x 2400px resolution.
The OnePlus 8 has much more storage capacity for apps and games than Google Pixel 3a XL, because it has more internal memory. OnePlus 8 has a bit better hardware performance than Google Pixel 3a XL, and although they both have 8 CPU cores, the OnePlus 8 also has more RAM. OnePlus 8 features a much better camera than Google Pixel 3a XL, and although they both have the same diafragm aperture and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution, the OnePlus 8 also has a way higher 48 mega-pixels resolution back facing camera, a much larger sensor which offers a lot better photo and video quality and better video frame rates.
The OnePlus 8 features a bit better battery performance than Google Pixel 3a XL, because it has a 16 percent bigger battery size.
The Google Pixel 3a XL is not only the best devices of the ones we compare here, but it's also by far the cheapest.
