Comparison review
Galaxy M31 is a bit better than the Google Pixel 3a, with a overall score of 86.5 against 78.8. The Galaxy M31 is a newer device than the Google Pixel 3a, but it is a little thicker and incredibly heavier. Both phones in this comparison have the same Android 11 OS, so both of them should count with all the same operating system features.
The Galaxy M31 counts with a bit more vivid display than Google Pixel 3a, because although it has a little worse screen pixels density, it also counts with a little bit larger display and a quite better resolution of 1080 x 2340px. The Samsung Galaxy M31 has a little faster processing unit than Google Pixel 3a, and although they both have 8 CPU cores, the Samsung Galaxy M31 also has a greater amount of RAM memory.
Galaxy M31 has a much greater storage capacity for apps and games than Google Pixel 3a, and although they both have equal 64 GB internal storage, the Galaxy M31 also has a slot for external memory cards that supports up to 512 GB. Galaxy M31 counts with a really longer battery performance than Google Pixel 3a, because it has a 100% larger battery capacity.
The Galaxy M31 takes much clearer videos and photos than Google Pixel 3a, and although they both have the same (4K) video resolution, a same size diafragm aperture and the same video frame rate, the Galaxy M31 also has a much bigger back-facing camera sensor shooting way higher quality videos and pictures and a back camera with a much better resolution.
