Comparison review
Google Pixel 3a is slightly better than the Xiaomi Mi 5s, having a score of 78.8 against 76.4. Both of these phones use Android OS (operating system), but the Google Pixel 3a has the older 11 version and Xiaomi Mi 5s has Android 6.0 Marshmallow version. Google Pixel 3a is a a little heavier cellphone than the Xiaomi Mi 5s, but they are equally thin.
The Google Pixel 3a counts with a bit superior processing unit than Xiaomi Mi 5s, and although they both have 4 GB of RAM, the Google Pixel 3a also has more cores (but slower). The Xiaomi Mi 5s has a bit better looking screen than Google Pixel 3a, although it has a bit worse 1080 x 1920 resolution, a quite smaller screen and a quite lower display pixels density.
The Google Pixel 3a counts with a slightly better camera than Xiaomi Mi 5s, because although it has a tinier back-facing camera sensor providing a worse image quality, and they both have the same 3840x2160 video definition and the same 30 fps video frame rates, the Google Pixel 3a also counts with a higher resolution camera in the back and a larger aperture for better low light photos and video.
Xiaomi Mi 5s has much more storage for applications and games than Google Pixel 3a, because it has 128 GB internal memory capacity. The Xiaomi Mi 5s counts with a little better battery life than Google Pixel 3a, because it has a 7 percent greater battery size.
Even being the best phone in our comparison, Google Pixel 3a is also by far the cheapest, making it an easy decision.
