Comparison review
Google Pixel 4 XL is slightly better than the Huawei P20, having a global score of 82.9 against 78.1. Google Pixel 4 XL's body is newer than Huawei P20's, but it is just a little thicker and somewhat heavier. The Google Pixel 4 XL has just a bit better hardware performance than Huawei P20, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Google Pixel 4 XL also has 2 GB more RAM.
Google Pixel 4 XL counts with a bit sharper display than Huawei P20, because it has a bit bigger screen, a just a little greater count of pixels in each inch of screen and a higher 1440 x 3040 resolution. The Huawei P20 counts with a much greater storage for games and applications than Google Pixel 4 XL, because it has more internal memory capacity.
Huawei P20 shoots clearer photos and videos than Google Pixel 4 XL, because although it has a lower 3840x2160 video definition, a smaller aperture and a back camera with a worse resolution, it also counts with a larger back camera sensor. The Google Pixel 4 XL counts with a bit better battery life than Huawei P20, because it has 3700mAh of battery capacity against 3400mAh.
Although Google Pixel 4 XL is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Huawei P20, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Huawei P20. So if you want that extra specs and features, you can buy Google Pixel 4 XL, else you can save a couple dollars and buy the Huawei P20, letting go a couple features and specs.
