Samsung Galaxy Note9 features a slightly better camera than Google Pixel 4 XL, because although it has a back facing camera with a worse resolution and a worse 3840x2160 video definition, and they both have the same back-facing camera sensor size, the Samsung Galaxy Note9 also counts with a larger camera aperture for better low light images.
Samsung Galaxy Note9 has much more memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Google Pixel 4 XL, because it has a slot for SD memory cards that holds up to 512 GB and more internal storage.
