Comparison review
The Google Pixel 4 is just a bit better than the OnePlus 8, with an 81.9 score against 76. Even though the Google Pixel 4 and the OnePlus 8 were only released with a couple months difference, the Google Pixel 4 construction is lighter but also just a little bit thicker than the OnePlus 8. The OnePlus 8's CPU is very similar to the Google Pixel 4 one, and although the OnePlus 8 has 2 GB more RAM memory, they both have a Octa-Core processor.
The OnePlus 8 features a bit more vivid display than Google Pixel 4, because although it has a little worse display density, it also counts with a little higher resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels and a bit larger screen. OnePlus 8 has a very superior camera than Google Pixel 4, because although it has a tinier diafragm aperture which is worse for shooting photos and video in low light environments, and they both have the same (4K) video definition, the OnePlus 8 also counts with a camera with a way higher 48 mega-pixels resolution, a way larger back-facing camera sensor taking lot higher quality photos and videos and faster 60 frames per second video frame rate.
The OnePlus 8 has a much bigger memory for applications, games, photos and videos than Google Pixel 4, because it has 64 GB more internal storage. OnePlus 8 has a much longer battery performance than Google Pixel 4, because it has a 54 percent more battery capacity.
Google Pixel 4 costs a bit more money than OnePlus 8, but you can get a better phone for that few extra dollars.
