Comparison review
Galaxy M31s has an overall score of 88, which is a bit better than the Google Pixel 4a 5G's 87.5 global score. Both of these devices use the same Android 11 OS, so both of them should give you the same operating system features. Even being the best in this comparison, Galaxy M31s is a somewhat heavier and somewhat thicker cellphone than Google Pixel 4a 5G.
The Galaxy M31s's CPU is very similar to Google Pixel 4a 5G's processor, both have 8 processing cores and 6 GB of RAM. Google Pixel 4a 5G features a bit more vivid display than Galaxy M31s, because although it has a little bit worse 1080 x 2340 pixels resolution and a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a bit greater pixels density.
Galaxy M31s features a way bigger storage to store more apps and games than Google Pixel 4a 5G, and although they both have the same internal storage, the Galaxy M31s also has a SD card slot that allows a maximum of 512 GB. The Galaxy M31s features a very superior battery lifetime than Google Pixel 4a 5G, because it has a 54% bigger battery size.
Samsung Galaxy M31s features a much better camera than Google Pixel 4a 5G, because although it has slower 30 fps video frame rate and a smaller camera aperture which is not favorable for low-light photos and videos, and they both have the same video definition, the Samsung Galaxy M31s also counts with a way bigger sensor taking way better quality videos and photos and a way more megapixels camera.
