Comparison review
Google Pixel 4a 5G is much better than the Xperia XZ2, getting a global score of 87.5 against 79.1. The Google Pixel 4a 5G body is extremely newer, much thinner and lighter than Xperia XZ2. The Sony Xperia XZ2 has just a bit better performance than Google Pixel 4a 5G, although it has less RAM memory, they both have 8 CPU cores.
Xperia XZ2 has a bit sharper display than Google Pixel 4a 5G, because although it has a little bit smaller screen and a little bit lower resolution of 1080 x 2160, it also counts with a little better amount of pixels in each inch in the screen. The Sony Xperia XZ2 has a quite bigger storage capacity for apps and games than Google Pixel 4a 5G, because although it has just 64 GB internal memory, it also counts with a SD memory card expansion slot that allows a maximum of 400 GB.
The Google Pixel 4a 5G has superior battery life than Sony Xperia XZ2, because it has a 3885mAh battery capacity instead of 3180mAh. The Xperia XZ2 features a bit better camera than Google Pixel 4a 5G, because although it has a smaller aperture which is not nice for low-light photos and video, and they both have the same video resolution and the same video frame rate, the Xperia XZ2 also counts with a lot more mega pixels camera and a bigger back camera sensor which provides a higher photo and video quality.
