The Google Pixel 4a is a bit better than the OnePlus 8, getting a general score of 82.9 against 76. The Google Pixel 4a body is lighter but just a bit thicker than OnePlus 8, and both of them were only released 4 months apart. The OnePlus 8 has a little sharper screen than Google Pixel 4a, because although it has a bit lower amount of pixels per inch in the screen, it also counts with a little bit larger display and a slightly higher resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels.
OnePlus 8 counts with a little bit better processing power than Google Pixel 4a, and although they both have 8 cpu cores, the OnePlus 8 also has a larger amount of RAM memory. The Google Pixel 4a and the OnePlus 8 both count with incredibly similar storage capacity for applications and games, both of them have exactly the same 128 GB internal storage capacity.
The OnePlus 8 features a superior battery duration than Google Pixel 4a, because it has a 37 percent more battery size. OnePlus 8 shoots way better photos and videos than Google Pixel 4a, because although it has a tinier camera aperture, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition, the OnePlus 8 also counts with faster 60 fps video frame rates, a much larger back-facing camera sensor capturing lot better quality photos and a camera with way more MP.
Google Pixel 4a is a bit more expensive than the OnePlus 8, but it's still a good choice, because you can get a lot more features for that extra money.
