Despite being the best cellphone in this review, the Samsung Galaxy Note9 design is older, a little thicker and incredibly heavier than Google Pixel 4a. The Samsung Galaxy Note9 counts with a bit better hardware performance than Google Pixel 4a. Both have the same RAM memory amount and 8 cpu cores.

The Galaxy Note9 counts with a little bit better looking display than Google Pixel 4a, because it has a little bit more pixels per display inch, a little bit larger display and a better 1440 x 2960px resolution. The Samsung Galaxy Note9 has a superior memory capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Google Pixel 4a, and although they both have equal 128 GB internal memory, the Samsung Galaxy Note9 also has an external memory slot that allows a maximum of 512 GB.

Galaxy Note9 counts with better battery lifetime than Google Pixel 4a, because it has a 4000mAh battery capacity against 3140mAh. The Galaxy Note9 features just a bit better camera than Google Pixel 4a, because although it has a worse 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution and a lower resolution back facing camera, and they both have the same sensor size, the Galaxy Note9 also counts with a bigger aperture for better low-light images and videos.
