Sony Xperia 5 features much more memory to install games and applications than Google Pixel 6a, and although they both have the same internal memory capacity, the Sony Xperia 5 also has a SD memory card expansion slot that holds a maximum of 512 GB. Xperia 5 features a much greater hardware performance than Google Pixel 6a, and although they both have 6 GB of RAM, the Xperia 5 also has a larger number of cores.
The Google Pixel 6a has a very superior battery duration than Xperia 5, because it has a 4410mAh battery size. Xperia 5 features a camera that's just as good as the camera in Google Pixel 6a, because although the Xperia 5 has a worse 3840x2160 video quality and a worse 12 mega-pixels resolution back camera, it also counts with a larger diafragm aperture.
Although Xperia 5 is a better device, it is way more expensive than Google Pixel 6a, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Google Pixel 6a. If you want to save a few dollars, you can get Google Pixel 6a, giving up a couple features and specs, but you will get the most with your budget.
