Google Pixel XL has an overall score of 81.3, which is a bit better than the Google Nexus 6's 81.1 general score. The Google Pixel XL body is much newer, thinner and a little lighter than the Google Nexus 6. Google Nexus 6 has a bit more powerful processor than Google Pixel XL, because although it has a lower amount of RAM, and they both have the same number of cores, the Google Nexus 6 also counts with an additional graphics co-processor.
The Google Nexus 6 counts with a bit sharper screen than Google Pixel XL, because although it has a just a bit less pixels per inch in the screen, and they both have the same exact 2560 x 1440 resolution, the Google Nexus 6 also counts with a little bit bigger screen.
