Comparison review
The Google Pixel XL is a little bit better than Google Pixel 3 XL, having a global score of 81.3 against 80.7. The Google Pixel XL body is a little lighter than Google Pixel 3 XL, but it is just a bit thicker and was released 2 years before. Google Pixel 3 XL has a bit sharper screen than Google Pixel XL, because although it has a quite worse display density, it also counts with a bit bigger display and a slightly higher 1440 x 2960 pixels resolution.
Google Pixel 3 XL counts with just a little better processing power than Google Pixel XL, and although they both have a 4 GB RAM memory, the Google Pixel 3 XL also has a higher number of cores. The Google Pixel 3 XL's camera is very similar to Google Pixel XL's camera, because although the Google Pixel 3 XL has a camera in the back with less megapixels resolution, a smaller sensor capturing lower quality pictures and a worse 3840x2160 video definition, it also counts with a bigger aperture.
Google Pixel XL has a much bigger memory capacity to store more games and applications than Google Pixel 3 XL, because it has more internal memory. Google Pixel 3 XL and Google Pixel XL both count with really similar batteries duration, although the Google Pixel 3 XL has a 1% lower battery size.
Although Google Pixel XL is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Google Pixel 3 XL, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Google Pixel 3 XL. So if you need that extra specs and features, you can buy Google Pixel XL, but if you don't you can save a couple dollars and buy the Google Pixel 3 XL, resigning a couple specifications.
