Comparison review

Google Pixel XL is a little bit better than Galaxy Note 5, having a general score of 81.3 against 79.3. Google Pixel XL's construction is newer and just a little bit lighter, but thicker than Galaxy Note 5. Galaxy Note 5 features a little bit better looking display than Google Pixel XL, because although it has a little bit less pixels per display inch, and they both have an equal resolution of 2560 x 1440px, the Galaxy Note 5 also counts with a little larger display.

The Google Pixel XL has a much bigger storage capacity for games and applications than Galaxy Note 5, because it has 64 GB more internal memory. Google Pixel XL features a bit better processing power than Samsung Galaxy Note 5, and although they both have a 4 GB RAM memory, the Google Pixel XL also has more cpu cores.

Google Pixel XL features just a bit longer battery life than Samsung Galaxy Note 5, because it has 3450mAh of battery capacity instead of 3000mAh. The Galaxy Note 5 takes clearer videos and photos than Google Pixel XL, because although it has a tinier sensor taking worse quality videos and photos, and they both have the same video quality and the same 30 fps video frame rates, the Galaxy Note 5 also counts with a bigger aperture to take better low light photos and video and a back facing camera with a lot higher resolution.

Although Google Pixel XL is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than Galaxy Note 5, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Galaxy Note 5. If you are trying to save a few dollars, you can get the Galaxy Note 5, and give up a few features and specs, but you will get the most out of your savings.
