Comparison review
The Xperia XZ1 has a score of 78.3, which is a bit better than Honor 20 Pro's 73.2 overall score. Although the Xperia XZ1 is older than Honor 20 Pro, it's construction is somewhat lighter and thinner. The Honor 20 Pro features a bit faster CPU than Xperia XZ1, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Honor 20 Pro also has 4 GB more RAM memory.
Xperia XZ1 counts with a display that's very similar to Honor 20 Pro's screen, because although the Xperia XZ1 has a quite lower 1080 x 1920 resolution and a bit smaller display, it also counts with a little greater pixels amount per display inch. Honor 20 Pro captures much better photographs and videos than Xperia XZ1, and although they both have the same 30 frames per second video frame rate and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality, the Honor 20 Pro also has a bigger camera sensor shooting higher quality pictures and videos, a back facing camera with a lot higher resolution and a lot bigger camera aperture.
The Xperia XZ1 has a greater memory capacity for games and applications than Honor 20 Pro, because although it has just 64 GB internal memory, it also counts with a slot for SD memory cards that holds a maximum of 1,95 TB. The Honor 20 Pro features a really longer battery life than Sony Xperia XZ1, because it has a 4000mAh battery capacity against 2700mAh.
