The Samsung Galaxy A12 has an overall score of 80.3, which is slightly better than Honor 50 SE's 73.7 score. Both of these devices have Android OS (Operating System), but Samsung Galaxy A12 has the previous 10 version and Honor 50 SE has Android 11. Despite being the best cellphone in this comparison review, Samsung Galaxy A12 is a thicker and just a little heavier cellphone than the Honor 50 SE.

The Honor 50 SE has a bit better performance than Samsung Galaxy A12, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Honor 50 SE also has 4 GB more RAM. Honor 50 SE has a little sharper display than Samsung Galaxy A12, because it has a higher pixels density, a little bigger screen and a way higher resolution of 1080 x 2388px.

The Samsung Galaxy A12 has a much better storage for applications, games, photos and videos than Honor 50 SE, because although it has just 64 GB internal memory, it also counts with a SD memory card expansion slot that allows a maximum of 1 TB. The Galaxy A12 features improved battery duration than Honor 50 SE, because it has a 5000mAh battery capacity instead of 4000mAh.

Honor 50 SE takes much clearer pictures and videos than Galaxy A12, because it has a larger aperture, a lot higher (4K) video resolution and a back facing camera with a way higher 108 mega-pixels resolution.
