Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+ has an overall score of 79.3, which is just a bit better than the Honor 50's score of 74.5. The Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+ construction is lighter and a little bit thinner than Honor 50, despite of the fact that it was released many years before. Both devices in our current comparison have Android OS (operating system), but Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+ has the previous 5.1 version while Honor 50 has Android 11 version.
Galaxy S6 edge+ has a brighter screen than Honor 50, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with a better screen density and a better 2560 x 1440 resolution. The Honor 50 counts with a lot bigger storage capacity to install applications and games than Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+, because it has more internal storage.
The Honor 50 has a better processing power than Galaxy S6 edge+, because it has more RAM memory and a higher number of cores. Honor 50 shoots greater photographs and videos than Galaxy S6 edge+, and although they both have the same 30 fps video frame rate, the same (4K) video resolution and the same camera aperture, the Honor 50 also has a camera with a much better resolution.
The Honor 50 counts with a way better battery life than Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+, because it has a 43% bigger battery capacity.
