Comparison review
The Sony Xperia 5 has a global score of 81, which is a little bit better than Honor 50's overall score of 74.5. Sony Xperia 5's design is a bit lighter than Honor 50, but it's a little bit thicker and was released just 21 months before. Xperia 5 counts with a bit more vivid screen than Honor 50, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a little higher 1080 x 2520 resolution and a quite higher display density.
Sony Xperia 5 counts with a much better memory capacity to store more games and applications than Honor 50, and although they both have equal 128 GB internal storage, the Sony Xperia 5 also has a slot for external memory cards that holds a maximum of 512 GB. Xperia 5 has a bit better hardware performance than Honor 50, although it has lesser RAM memory, they both have 8 processing cores.
The Honor 50 has a very superior battery performance than Xperia 5, because it has a 4300mAh battery size against 3140mAh. The Honor 50 captures much better videos and photos than Xperia 5, because although it has a smaller aperture which is not so good for shooting pictures or videos in poorly lited environments, and they both have the same 30 frames per second video frame rate and the same (4K) video resolution, the Honor 50 also counts with a much more MP camera.
