The Galaxy S4 is a lot better than the Honor 7X, having a 77.3 score against 62.2. Even though the Galaxy S4 is older and a bit thicker than the Honor 7X, it's design is still much lighter. Galaxy S4 features a sharper screen than Honor 7X, because although it has a quite smaller screen and a quite lower 1920 x 1080 resolution, it also counts with a just a bit higher amount of pixels in each inch in the display.
Honor 7X has just a little better processing power than Samsung Galaxy S4, because although it has doesn't have an additional graphics processor, it also counts with a larger amount of RAM and a greater number of faster cores. Honor 7X counts with a quite bigger memory for apps and games than Samsung Galaxy S4, and although they both have exactly the same internal storage, the Honor 7X also has a SD extension slot that admits up to 256 GB.
The Honor 7X captures a bit better pictures and videos than Samsung Galaxy S4, and although they both have the same 30 fps video frame rates, the same 1920x1080 video definition and a same size aperture, the Honor 7X also has a bigger camera sensor shooting better quality pictures and videos and a back facing camera with more mega pixels.
Honor 7X features superior battery life than Samsung Galaxy S4, because it has 3340mAh of battery capacity instead of 2600mAh.
Samsung Galaxy S4 costs a bit more than the Honor 7X, but you can get a much better phone for that few more dollars.
