Google Pixel 2 XL is better than the Honor 9X Pro, having an 82.5 score against 71.9. Google Pixel 2 XL's design is lighter and somewhat thinner than the Honor 9X Pro, despite of the fact that it was released 3 years before. Google Pixel 2 XL and Honor 9X Pro both feature quite similar CPUs, and although the Google Pixel 2 XL has less RAM, they both have a Octa-Core processing unit.
Google Pixel 2 XL has just a bit better looking display than Honor 9X Pro, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with more pixels per screen inch and a higher resolution of 1440 x 2880px. Honor 9X Pro counts with a much better memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Google Pixel 2 XL, because it has a SD memory slot that admits up to 512 GB and more internal storage capacity.
The Honor 9X Pro takes much clearer videos and photos than Google Pixel 2 XL, and although they both have the same 1920x1080 video quality and a F1.8 camera aperture, the Honor 9X Pro also has a back camera with a way better 48 MP resolution, higher 60 frames per second video frame rate and a way larger camera sensor.
The Honor 9X Pro counts with a little longer battery life than Google Pixel 2 XL, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity.
