Comparison review
Huawei Mate 20 has a score of 79.5, which is much better than the Honor 9X Pro's 71.9 global score. Both phones we are comparing come with Android operating system, but Huawei Mate 20 has the newer 9.0 Pie version while Honor 9X Pro has Android 10 version. Even though Huawei Mate 20 is older than Honor 9X Pro, it's construction is just a little bit lighter and just a little thinner.
The Huawei Mate 20 features a bit better looking display than Honor 9X Pro, although it has a just a bit worse pixel density, a quite lower resolution of 1080 x 2244 pixels and a quite smaller screen. The Huawei Mate 20 has a bit better CPU than Honor 9X Pro, although it has a lower amount of RAM, they both have 8 processing cores.
The Honor 9X Pro features a superior memory capacity to install applications and games than Huawei Mate 20, because it has 256 GB internal memory and a SD memory card expansion slot that admits up to 512 GB. Huawei Mate 20's battery duration is very similar to the Honor 9X Pro one. Honor 9X Pro shoots better pictures and videos than Huawei Mate 20, and although they both have the same 1920x1080 video definition and a same size camera aperture, the Honor 9X Pro also has higher video frame rate, a lot higher resolution back-facing camera and a bigger sensor.
