Comparison review
The Huawei Mate 9 Pro has a score of 78.7, which is a little bit better than Honor 9X Pro's 71.9 score. These phones come with Android OS, but the Huawei Mate 9 Pro has a newer 8.0 Oreo version and Honor 9X Pro has Android 10. Although the Huawei Mate 9 Pro is much older than the Honor 9X Pro, it's construction is somewhat lighter and thinner.
The Huawei Mate 9 Pro counts with a little more vivid screen than Honor 9X Pro, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with a better amount of pixels per inch of display and a better resolution of 1440 x 2560. The Honor 9X Pro counts with much more memory for games and applications than Huawei Mate 9 Pro, because it has a slot for SD memory cards that supports a maximum of 512 GB and 128 GB more internal storage.
Huawei Mate 9 Pro has a little bit better hardware performance than Honor 9X Pro. Both of them have the same number of cores and 6 GB of RAM memory. Honor 9X Pro captures much clearer pictures and videos than Huawei Mate 9 Pro, and although they both have the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video quality, the Honor 9X Pro also has a lot more mega pixels back-facing camera, a much bigger back-facing camera sensor capturing way better quality pictures and videos, a larger aperture for better photos in low light environments and faster 60 fps video frame rate.
The Honor 9X Pro and the Huawei Mate 9 Pro count with incredibly similar battery durations.
