Huawei P20 Pro is much better than Honor 9X Pro, with an 81.4 score against 71.9. Both phones in this comparison review come with the same Android 10 OS (operating system), so you shouldn't perceive any differences in that aspect. Huawei P20 Pro's design is thinner and lighter than Honor 9X Pro, even though it was released many years before.
Huawei P20 Pro features just a bit better display than Honor 9X Pro, because although it has a quite smaller screen and a bit lower 1080 x 2240 resolution, it also counts with a quite higher pixels density. The Honor 9X Pro has a very superior storage capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Huawei P20 Pro, because it has a SD extension slot that supports a maximum of 512 GB and more internal memory capacity.
Huawei P20 Pro features a little bit better hardware performance than Honor 9X Pro. Both have the same RAM memory amount and the same number of cores. The Huawei P20 Pro's battery lifetime is very similar to Honor 9X Pro's battery duration. The Huawei P20 Pro has just a bit better camera than Honor 9X Pro, because although it has a camera with lesser mega pixels resolution, and they both have a F1.8 aperture, the Huawei P20 Pro also counts with a way higher 3840x2160 video definition and a larger sensor.
