LG G5 is a little bit better than Honor 9X Pro, having a overall score of 76.1 against 71.9. LG G5 is an older device than Honor 9X Pro, but LG managed to make it thinner and much lighter. These devices include Android operating system, but the LG G5 has a more recent 8.0 Oreo version while Honor 9X Pro has Android 10, giving you some additional features and performance enhancements.
The Honor 9X Pro counts with just a little better processing power than LG G5, because it has 2 GB more RAM and a larger number of cores. LG G5 has a slightly better looking screen than Honor 9X Pro, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with a higher resolution of 1440 x 2560 pixels and a better screen density.

The Honor 9X Pro captures much clearer videos and photos than LG G5, and although they both have the same (Full HD) video quality and a F1.8 aperture, the Honor 9X Pro also has higher video frame rate, a lot larger sensor which offers a lot better image and video quality and a much better resolution back camera.
