Moto G8 Power is just a bit better than Honor 9X Pro, having a overall score of 76 against 71.9. Even though the Moto G8 Power and Honor 9X Pro were released only a couple of months apart, the Moto G8 Power construction is just a little bit lighter but a bit thicker than Honor 9X Pro. Both devices we compare here include the same Android 10 OS (operating system).
The Honor 9X Pro features a little better hardware performance than Motorola Moto G8 Power, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Honor 9X Pro also has more RAM memory. Motorola Moto G8 Power has a display that is just as good as the Honor 9X Pro one, because although the Motorola Moto G8 Power has a bit lower resolution of 1080 x 2300px and a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a just a bit better pixel number in each inch in the screen.
Honor 9X Pro features a much better camera than Moto G8 Power, because although it has a tinier aperture, and they both have the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video resolution, the Honor 9X Pro also counts with faster 60 frames per second video frame rates, a way bigger back camera sensor shooting way better quality photographs and a back facing camera with way more megapixels.
Honor 9X Pro counts with a much bigger memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Moto G8 Power, and although they both have a slot for an external memory card that holds up to 512 GB, the Honor 9X Pro also has more internal memory capacity. The Moto G8 Power has improved battery life than Honor 9X Pro, because it has a 25% more battery size.
