Samsung Galaxy M30 has an overall score of 82.4, which is much better than Honor 9X Pro's 71.9 global score. Both phones in this comparison use Android operating system, but Samsung Galaxy M30 has newer 9.0 Pie version and Honor 9X Pro has Android 10, so it counts with a couple nice extra features and performance enhancements. Samsung Galaxy M30's design is a little thinner and somewhat lighter than Honor 9X Pro, even though it was released just 14 months before.
Galaxy M30 features a display that is just as good as the display in Honor 9X Pro, because although the Galaxy M30 has a bit smaller display and a quite lower 1080 x 2280 resolution, it also counts with a just a little higher number of pixels per inch of screen. Honor 9X Pro has a way bigger memory for apps and games than Galaxy M30, and although they both have an external memory slot that supports a maximum of 512 GB, the Honor 9X Pro also has 128 GB more internal storage capacity.
Honor 9X Pro features a bit superior CPU than Galaxy M30. Both have the same number of cores and a 6 GB RAM memory. The Galaxy M30 features greater battery life than Honor 9X Pro, because it has a 5000mAh battery size. Honor 9X Pro has a lot better camera than Galaxy M30, and although they both have the same (Full HD) video definition, the Honor 9X Pro also has a much more mega pixels camera, a way larger sensor taking way higher quality videos and photos, faster video frame rate and a bigger diafragm aperture for better low-light photos and video.
