Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus is just a bit better than Honor 9X Pro, having a global score of 78.1 against 71.9. The Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus is an extremely older phone than Honor 9X Pro, but it is somewhat thinner and somewhat lighter anyway. These phones come with Android operating system, but the Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus has the newer 6.0 Marshmallow version while Honor 9X Pro has Android 10 version, so it gives some extra features and some performance improvements.
The Honor 9X Pro features a bit faster CPU than Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus, and although they both have 6 GB of RAM memory, the Honor 9X Pro also has a higher number of cores. Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus has a little sharper screen than Honor 9X Pro, although it has a quite lower 1080 x 1920 resolution, a bit smaller display and a little inferior pixel count in each display inch.
Honor 9X Pro shoots much clearer photos and videos than Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus, and although they both have the same (Full HD) video resolution, the Honor 9X Pro also has a larger diafragm aperture for better photos and video in low light situations, a way larger back camera sensor capturing way better quality photos and videos, faster 60 frames per second video frame rate and a lot more mega-pixels back-facing camera.
Honor 9X Pro has a way bigger memory for applications, games, photos and videos than Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus, because it has a SD extension slot that holds a maximum of 512 GB and 128 GB more internal memory. The Honor 9X Pro features just a bit longer battery lifetime than Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus, because it has a 4000mAh battery size.
