Xiaomi Mi A3 is much better than Honor 9X Pro, getting a general score of 79.2 against 71.9. Both of these phones use Android OS, but Xiaomi Mi A3 has a newer 11 version and Honor 9X Pro has Android 10. Xiaomi Mi A3's construction is a bit thinner and lighter than Honor 9X Pro, even though they were released with only 9 months difference.
Honor 9X Pro has a bit better hardware performance than Xiaomi Mi A3, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Honor 9X Pro also has a higher amount of RAM memory. Honor 9X Pro has a slightly better screen than Xiaomi Mi A3, because it has a bit larger display, a much higher 1080 x 2340px resolution and a better pixels quantity in each inch in the screen.
The Xiaomi Mi A3 counts with a bit better camera than Honor 9X Pro, because although it has a smaller back camera sensor which gives a worse photo and video quality, and they both have a same size camera aperture and a 48 MP camera, the Xiaomi Mi A3 also counts with a lot better 3840x2160 video resolution.
The Honor 9X Pro has a much better storage capacity to store more games and applications than Xiaomi Mi A3, because it has an external memory card slot that allows a maximum of 512 GB and 128 GB more internal storage. The Xiaomi Mi A3's battery duration is just as good as the battery lifetime in Honor 9X Pro, although the Xiaomi Mi A3 also has a 4030mAh battery capacity.
