Comparison review
Galaxy M40 is better than the Honor Magic3 Pro, having a overall score of 85 against 72.8. Both phones in our current comparison include Android OS, but the Galaxy M40 has older 10 version while Honor Magic3 Pro has Android 11 version. The Galaxy M40 is an extremely older device than the Honor Magic3 Pro, but Samsung could make it thinner and way lighter.
The Honor Magic3 Pro features a little sharper screen than Galaxy M40, because it has a just a bit greater pixel density, a quite bigger screen and a better 1344 x 2772 resolution. The Honor Magic3 Pro counts with a bit superior processing unit than Galaxy M40, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Honor Magic3 Pro also has 2 GB more RAM memory.
The Galaxy M40 has just a bit more memory for games and applications than Honor Magic3 Pro, because although it has less internal memory capacity, it also counts with a SD memory card expansion slot that allows a maximum of 512 GB. Samsung Galaxy M40 captures clearer videos and photos than Honor Magic3 Pro, because although it has a much worse resolution back-facing camera and a much tinier back-facing camera sensor capturing less light and washed colors, it also counts with a bigger aperture to take better low light captures.
Honor Magic3 Pro counts with longer battery life than Galaxy M40, because it has a 4600mAh battery capacity.
